Positive Images provides digital printing, indoor and outdoor signage, branding, glass films, wall graphics, fleet graphics, and related installation services. All services are subject to project specifications, written quotations, and mutual agreement.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for a limited period as mentioned in the proposal.
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, or project scope changes.
- Any additional work requested after approval may be charged separately.
3. Orders and Payments
- A confirmed order requires written approval or purchase order from the client.
- An advance payment may be required before production begins.
- Final payment must be completed as per agreed payment terms.
- Late payments may attract additional charges or delay in delivery.
4. Design Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, dimensions, and specifications before production. Positive Images is not liable for errors approved by the client.
5. Installation
- Site readiness is the client’s responsibility prior to installation.
- Any delay due to site conditions may affect project timelines.
- Electrical and structural provisions must be arranged by the client unless agreed otherwise.
6. Warranty and Liability
Warranty terms vary depending on the materials used and project type. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, accidents, improper maintenance, or natural disasters.
Positive Images shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by Positive Images remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients must ensure they have the legal rights to use any logos, trademarks, or content provided for production.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Cancellation before production may be subject to administrative or design charges.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Positive Images reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
